Custom Dashboards

Build your own dashboards with drag & drop, a widget library and live data — currently in planning. In the meantime, Analytics and Reports already give you a complete overview.

Status: in planning

Custom Dashboards as a standalone feature are planned for 2027 — a few months after the public Zen-Work launch. Until then, every module (projects, time, finance, tickets) has its own fixed dashboard, and the Analytics module ships with pre-built reports out of the box.

What is planned

Widget library

25+ widget types: charts, KPI tiles, tables, activity feeds, calendars and embedded content.

Drag-and-drop builder

Compose your own layouts with the mouse, place widgets freely, resize them and re-order on the fly.

Cross-project rollups

Aggregate data from multiple projects and teams into a single view — ideal for leadership and portfolio overviews.

Sharing & permissions

Share dashboards with your team, with clients or via read-only link — with separate view and edit permissions.

Scheduled reports & alerts

Daily, weekly or monthly email snapshots, plus threshold alerts when KPIs cross critical boundaries.

TV & presentation mode

Rotate dashboards on an office display or present them full-screen without the surrounding chrome.
